The Ten
Sen Lines

At the heart of Tok Sen practice lies an intimate knowledge of the body's ten major energy pathways — the Sen Lines. Understanding, locating and working these lines is the foundation of every programme at Tok Sen University. The word "Tok Sen" itself translates as "hammer the line" — a discipline that demands both precision and intuition.

Our curriculum covers each Sen Line in depth: its path through the body, its corresponding organs and functions, and the precise Tok Sen techniques applied to restore its flow.

1
Sen Sumana
The central channel — runs from the crown of the head to the perineum. Governs breath and the core energy of the body.
2
Sen Ittha
The left channel — runs along the inner left leg and arm. Associated with lunar, cooling energy.
3
Sen Pingkhala
The right channel — mirror of Sen Ittha. Associated with solar, warming energy.
4
Sen Kalathari
Branches to all four limbs. Governs emotional and physical pain, digestive disorders and joint conditions.
5
Sen Sahatsarangsri
Left side of the body, governs eye, face and ear conditions.
6–10
Sen Thawari · Lawusang · Ulangka · Nanthakrawat · Khitchanna
The remaining five Sen Lines — studied in depth across our intermediate and advanced programmes.
